Yes, there are refugees in all wars, yet the palestinians are the only refugees who pass refugee status to subsequent generations. And yes, Jordan occupied what became the West Bank from 1948 to 1967. Any notion of a palestinian people didn’t take off until mid 60s, by Arafat, an Egyptian. The propagation of their refugee status has not helped the Palestinians. With the Arab world not wanting these Arabs, it is left for Israel to deal with.
