  1. Monaco I find more interesting as a small country. Only 2 sq. km with about 38,400 residents packed in there (much more than that with everyone who commutes from France or Italy to work there).

  2. For a visitor, I vote Iceland as the most expensive. When I was there several years ago, I went a few times to a place called Burgerjoint. For a Wendy's quality burger, fries and a soda, it set me back about $16 or so. Now it's probably more. I did that to save money. There was a lunch buffet at my hotel. That was close to $50. Anyway, I dealt with it, knowing I would only be there for a week.
