Building Management was prepared. Give that guy a raise.

So he didn't have a plan, or "concepts of a plan," to stop the war in one day. No surprise here.

Disney didn't quietly do this, as your video says. The board meetings were public and publicized, according to Florida law. DeSantis was too busy futzing around promoting his book, and acting how great he is, to notice. Disney is not going to succumb to extortion.

He had the opportunity to defend himself. That's what court is for. The evidence spoke for itself, along with his lack of evidence. The jury voted unanimously. There wasn't a doubt in their minds. I wonder why he even bothered being involved with Trump. If he did nothing while Trump was president and stayed home, things would be 100000000000% better for him.

Good information from the National Hurricane Center.

Politicians are masters of taking words out of context.

Spending too much money? Where were these same senators for the last four years?

@iridescentsquids Car accidents in Florida kill about 8 people per day. I don't know about COVID-19, but if it's 70 I'll accept that figure. Anyway, what's your point?

@oofballz4328 California: Large, diverse economy with large budget surplus to invest. Florida: If DeSantis doesn't put the state underwater, rising sea levels eventually will.

Actually, this is settled science. There are space aliens living on earth. The previous White House resident was some sort of alien being. The only thing new to report is that space aliens aren't all green, since the species that was in the White House was orange.

I don't listen to that bonehead.

Is DeSantis a friend of the virus?

I knew a lot about the world in the 6th grade.

I'm still concerned about Trump saying that Kamala never worked at McDonald's. I worked at Taco Bell decades ago. While not McDonald's, it's close. I wondered how I can prove this if I run for President and Trump says I never worked at Taco Bell. Fortunately, I found proof. I created an account on the Social Security website to track things. I logged on, and looked at my Social Security wage history. It goes back decades. I clicked on the two years I worked at Taco Bell, and I see "Taco Bell Corp" listed with my wages. I can print this up and include it in my campaign material. I'm now set to run for the White House!

@renenowicki Nope.

@Floridamanhomesteading Nope. Ron is playing with crayons. Disney knows exactly what they're doing. That's why they didn't initially go out an litigate this from the start.

I wouldn't come back either, especially if your near or nearing retirement. Recovery could take 5 to 10 years and you're getting any younger. Take the insurance money, sell the empty lot, and move on.
