  3. Programing doesn't require being good at math. Most of engineering doesn't require being good at math. Even grafics require only knowledge of trigonometry. I'd say, be good at visualizing your goal, at planning steps and predicting results. Not being good at math. Serious math is needed in some optimization algorithms maybe, or in modeling realistic physics in games.
