About Elon: 1. He is a partner in a very exclusive club. 2. Scientist inside Elon realised that growth of start up isn't random, it can be engineered. 3. Enterpreneurs like Elon Musk know something about business that keeps them ahead of the competition. 4. Elon has some 3 step formula. 5. Elon does pretty interesting things inside his businesses. 6. Elon has a system of taking businesses of the ground. 7. Elon is constantly thinking about his ideas and has the ability to filter through them and find 1 that will get the funding and public attention. 8. Elon chooses ideas with large adressable markets. 9. Elon's companies tend to operate in a "blue ocean markets". 10. He uses unique approach starting businesses where is no competition. 11. Elon makes companies where he can apply his previous skills. 12. Elon leads to exponential growth of his companies. 13. Elon is NEVER giving up. He explained it himself. 14. Elon focuses on the product first. 15. He channels all the hype into preorders of the vehicles. 16. Elon successfully chased the exponential curve by thinking ahead of the others. .... I am sure that John could have made 5 times longer video, but will it really explain anything?

@g0mium He didn't start PayPal, he also didn't start Tesla. He did start SpaceX though, but it got big only after NASA joined it. No wonder... The video does sound like hype and propaganda, but I think it's not on purpose. Give John 10 years and you'll see much more insightfull videos. Wisdom cames with age.

@lachlanB323 Sure, NASA was lucky they started working with a company that barely could make any rocket that reached orbit after they (NASA) brought people to the Moon and back multiple times, built shuttles, ISS modules, satellites, etc... 😄 You understand, that SpaceX is just a cover of NASA these days, right? There was no way SpaceX could have developed technologies that NASA was inventing and testing for decades with enormous gov funding and tousands engineers and workers, so it was inevitable that IF NASA joined, SpaceX would become NASA's new fancy name with Elon as a new fancy "boss". That's what SpaceX really is and it couldn't be anything else without NASA exept failure. Like Blue Origin...
