  4. Russians outgunned??? Try to understand that IF Ukraine had ANY real chance of counteroffensive in Kherson, they would be QUITE about it. They would have attacked without bragging and making a PR stunt of their military plans in the MSM. That's how easy you can see someone bluffs.
