  1. South Louisiana getting cold tomorrow,but will warm up enough to allow outdoor eating. Indoor restaurants have limited seating but don't have a clue about air quality. The bar next door has some surviving customers,will keep an eye out for dwindling number of cars in parking lot. I live on a boat and have been socially distanced for years as has a friend in Miami. Of the people I know had c19,seven,only one has been hospitalized and he may be the only one to die
