Thais,at least rural Thais have access to water buffalo milk. Cow milk,ice cream and cheeses are available at Carre 4, or as pronounced there,Car fu. Throughout Asia meat is added to food as flavoring and added protein. It is rarely the main ingredient. Fish is however and China is growing crawfish in rice paddies for pest control as are Texas,Louisiana and Mississippi.
