  1. As an old boomer I went through this bs in the 70s. Yeah,what goes around comes around. Even learning diverse skills it didn't pay anything useful. So we partied and moved from one run down house to another,splitting the rent five or six ways. Eventually the economy changed and opportunities presented a path. Young people today could well criticize me for having diverse skills and no debt which leaves me with choices. One being that I don't have to take a job. This isn't due to a pension,I've done this for half my life. Learn skills that regular people need that can't be done overseas. For example, repair washing machines.
