  1. Every time I learn something new about EUV machines I feel like "oh, I thought the previous part was the hardest part". Shooting fast moving tin droplets by laser twice in vacuum, 10 thousand times a second seemed already insanely hard but polishing a huge mirror to 50 pm accuracy seems totally insane.
