  1. 2:10 Those that fail to understand history are doomed to repeat the same mistakes. Surrounding yourself with yes-men is never a good option because you will make mistakes that could be catched by the people around you unless they are too afraid to say anything. Making mistakes every now and then is simply human and anybody thinking otherwise (and planning accordingly) is more or less insane.
