It seems that reciprocating saw would have needed more weight for bigger batteries. However, the results are pretty clear: if you need more power, get a bigger battery. I would have expected brushless motors to have less difference between the batteries because those things should have pretty good inverters which should be able to boost the voltage as needed. Only if you need so much energy that full battery doesn't last at least 15 minutes (4C discharge current) you should be okay. If you need more power than 15 minutes per battery can provide, you need bigger battery because smaller batteries have a smaller max current limit. Update after watching the rest of the video: it seems that smaller batteries were not able to keep the leaf blower running more than 5 minutes so you obviously had pretty high current demands there. Great testing as usual!
