I think the interesting question is if this can be used to cure cancer? If you can easily match any given DNA sequence, just match the part of the cancer DNA that differs from your own DNA; replace it with a sequence that generates additional copies of the tool and the cancer cells will generate additional attack against themselves until there are no cancer cells anymore and additional copying of the attack tool no longer happens. The hard part is making this all cheap enough that non-billionaires can afford it.
