  1. 5:25 There's also monetary incentive for the drivers to get a bit mad about team strategy messing their race. They typically get bonus around $10000 to $50000 per point they get from a race. So when you're running P1 and the team wants you to switch places with the team mate running in P2, they're basically asking you to drop something between $70000 to $350000 from your personal income to allow your team mate get the same amount of extra bonus + better position in driver's championship. I hope they pay the bonuses according to order not affected by team orders but I guess it depends on the contract terms signed by the driver.
