  1.  @phillcameron8090  I was really surprised that they didn't stop Destin from moving the knife close to high precision parts. I would have expected wooden or plastic instruments only even nearby that part.

  2. It's pretty insane that this factory ever got built. Imagine the discussion before pulling the trigger to start building it: "So how complex system we exactly have to make here? To manufacture tiny roll of film???" Of course, in reality, all this is a product of long evolution where each part has been replaced with a slightly improved part or machine and we're seeing the end result of decades of optimization. And letting Destin to document all this on video is basically Kodak saying "Look, this is the setup you would need to replicate to build a new factory to manufacture film. And by the way, film industry is slowly dying away so don't expect to collect investment back in the long run."

  3. I hope you create similar video / video series about manufacturing mechanical locks or other stuff containing lots of small high precision parts built in huge quantities.
