  1. 20:55 The commercial tools may be running the exact same software but run the code on much beefier hardware. For example a single Nvidia H200 GPU has 141 GB VRAM so it can obviously run much higher quality models than a gaming GPU with only 12 GB VRAM. However, purchasing your own H200 makes very little sense because one H200 GPU costs about $40K. A high performance AI workstation could have up to 8 H200 GPUs and the total workstation would cost about half a million dollars already.
