  1. It's a damn shame that the leadership in Nichia seemed to had vanity pride instead of willingness to improve. I guess it goes well with the Japanese work culture where the "boss is always right" and nobody is allowed to question any decision the boss makes and nobody is even allowed to deliver any bad news to the boss. If you deny all negative feedback, how do you think you can ever understand the reality correctly?

  2. Great video! Not only it told an interesting story about history of blue LEDs, it also helped me to understand the band gap, well, and the hill used in blue LEDs.
