  1. 7:15 The image is made out of round blobs because your light source is a round thing called the Sun instead of a true point light that exists only in mathematics. The slit works a bit like pinpoint camera and you end up with the image of the sun (multiplied by the interference of the lightwaves).

  2.  @shashwatsen7150  Sunlight is definitely not coherent light. It has photons with different frequencies.
