  1. It appears that this is just a start menu replacement. I would expect full shell replacement to replace everything including window management, launching programs and handling multitasking (switching between applications, killing processes if needed etc).

  2. I think MS would be free to host a copy of my files but it's never ever acceptable to start to manage my original data.
