  1. Unfortunately, I would predict that he will consider that the accident was caused by other people being in his way and the accident was simply result of him trying to avoid "those idiots". Many people will not take responsibility for their actions and that's the reason they develop this kind of driving habits in the first place. This definitely wasn't the first time he was speeding but it might have been first time when he lost control because of something called weight transfer.
