19:10 I totally agree that there's no causality between zero interest rate periods and current job market. I think the job market crashed because we're no longer in situation where any level of programming skill is enough and companies are firing extra people and try to cope with smaller amount of (still well paying) workers. New hires are going to see much worse offers compared to the situation a year or two ago.

56:30 I've been programming for quarter century and I'm trying to follow AI tools pretty well and I totally agree you here. Juniors should be training their brains instead of trying to be productive with currently available AI systems. Sure, it makes sense to test waters to understand where the AI is right now but don't assume that the currently required prompt engineering has value in 2 years. As long as AI can do the same tasks faster than you, it means you have to keep improving your brain, not that you should stop learning and try to be productive with AI. ChatGPT and Grok 3 are just additional tools that I use in addition to Google, Stack Overflow and other information sources. And I still have to verify all data from trustworthy sources no matter which source I use.
