  1. You should look up ho many places were continously recorded on video year 2001. Not many because nobody expected to see anything worth recording and all devices able to record video were pretty expensive.

  2. Try reviewing YouTube video titled "Security video of plane hitting Pentagon released, adds, S'bite from Judicial Watch". There was probably more footage but very little has been released to public. And remember that this was 2001. At that time a typical security camera was BW and did maybe 2 fps.
