  1. 12:40 You're missing a huge possibility for your worst layout ever. You could put all the common letters behind AltGr key and put that in some hard to reach position! And obviously copy the logic from French keyboard layout to have only accent marks on keys without shifting and numbers behind the shift key. As an added bonus, you could also default to uppercase letters and require additional button to be pressed for a lowercase letter.
