  1. I think average speed cameras are good because there's no way for you to benefit from speeding. Regular speed cameras are just too simple to avoid and allow getting to the destination faster so that gives incentive for speeding. If you know there will be average speed cameras everywhere, you know that you have to drive according to the rules. Once everybody follows the traffic rules, you can then increase the official speed limits to maximum safe value without having to wonder how much faster people are going to drive in reality.

  2. 16:25 Yes, that's a Seat. It's basically Spanish counterpart to Skoda. Skoda is basically Volkswagen built in Poland, Seat is basically low budget Audi built in Spain. (Seat typically uses the tech that's about 2 years older than the latest Audi. As a con, you don't have the latest gadgets, as a pro all the parts typically work unlike Audis which have lots of failures in "first ever in the world" parts.)
