@xWood4000 I'm a Finn and if he had called me, the first thing I would have said is "Did you follow the steps in the manual? Where did the actual behavior differ from the documentation?" There's probably some switch in the instrument cluster that allows to select if 12V or 24V system is in use.

Have you guys considered the possibility of reading the owner's manual for this truck? I'd be pretty disappointed if the manual didn't explain how the different connectors are activated and it probably also lists the specs for all the threads for every connector, too. No need to go hunting for random adapters by trial and error if you know the thread specs from the manual.

Didn't this brand new Scania come with phone support? If you cannot bother to read the manual, at least demonstrate the quality of the official phone support on video.

You probably noticed already that focus was set incorrectly for the intro. I'd recommend manual focus or focus lock if the camera is on tripod and doesn't have good enough face follow focus automation. And white balance was also off, probably the white balance should have been around 3000K and it was set closer to 6000K in camera. The new mic setup was definitely a lot better than your older setup. Maybe apply some compression to the mic recording in post production to keep volume of your voice more stable for the listeners. The camera pixel noise level and audio noise level seemed good enough that you could fix both white balance and lack of audio compression still after the fact. However, you cannot fix focus after the fact so that definitely requires more effort in the future during the video shoot.
