  1. I was expecting getting the kid do all the soldering. I assume he will not have hot air station so I'm okay with him not doing all that stuff on hardware that still has hopes getting fixed. In addition, it seems like the kid didn't understand what the "hot air thing" was supposed to do. It also seems that the kid couldn't figure out how to bring the microscope lower when he had trouble reaching the ocular. Other than that, very nice teaching and I didn't hear any cursing!

  2. And honestly Louis, after seeing two other people doing the stuff you do with the same equipment, you hands are pretty fine! Your hands seemed stable compared to the rest.

  3. Why on earth there isn't some kind of lever mechanism that can raise the stencil off the chip at the end of reballing? It seems that the changes of getting the stencil off without damaging balls is pretty low when you have to raise so small item by hand.
