See Louis's response to the pinned message above. Legally he could do that but he doesn't want to because he thinks doing that would lower him to practically the same behavior that many political "non-profit" trusts are doing. Gotta respect the moral high ground here!

@rossmanngroup Maybe post a permanent ad to your web site for that job? There should be somebody willing to do that for that salary and live nearby to make it economically viable. I would guess the problem is that nobody out of the small amount of people living nearby hasn't yet seen your offer. Your channel "only" has 1.7 M subscribers globally so the total amount of people following you locally is small minority of the total population living in the area.
