Especially for any government employees such as generals there's no need to create new legislation because you can simply tell the employees to work using different tools. And once you explain why you want alternative tools, your employees should be taking the hint and stop using TikTok for their personal devices, too. If you have so stupid employees that they cannot take a hint, it's time to educate them more, not create new legislation.
