@bazwillrun The way people did it in the old days without AC system in the car at all: blast the heater core at full power. If you keep the cabin temperature really high, the relative humidity of the air will be lower inside the car than outside the car. Is it comfortable? No. Is it slow to remove moisture from the windows? Hell yes. Can you drive a car without AC ever working? Of course you can.

@Kashim_o A well working defroster (or dehumidifier) will use compressor to dry the air that's getting blown on the window.

I agree. If you're ready to quit, you can lose nothing if you go to the boss and say that you'll quit if this doesn't stop now. If they don't agree to change behavior, just keep cool and say "Okay, I quit" and go away. If the company actually changes course you don't need to find a new job and all the future customers of that shop are going to benefit, too!

@shawnjoseph4009 Linus Tech Tips just made video called "I Spent a THOUSAND Dollars on HDMI Cables.. for Science" about this (cannot link here because of Youtube filtering). Basically get the cable that's about 2x the cheapest ebay crap you can find and changes are high that the cable is perfect. Or get a cable analyzer but those cost like $10K so maybe not. TL;DR: any spec compliant cable will result in perfect signal transmission. Obviously broken cables are crap, of course, but getting gold plated shielding or some other Monster Cables nonsense will make zero difference.
