As a Finn, I could understand tipping culture if the expected tip for simply doing average work were $0 and extra tip would be paid if you feel the employee has done better than average for the job. If average or below average worker is honstly expecting to see more than $0 tip, the system is seriously borken.

  2. 9:00 I think you shouldn't tip so much but offer the employees a job offer in your business if they're willing to learn. Giving them extra tip allows them to stay in a dead-end job. The faster they find a better job, the better.
