@bignades1 You can already refuel any broken car at every fuel station. Maybe Tesla should fix the supercharger stalls if a broken car battery could cause problems there?

The problem is that EV cars do not (yet?) use standard cells so that you can replace all cells in a battery pack with totally new cells and give full warranty for the work.

@mindaugasstankus5943 The only real test you can do is to charge and discharge each cell individually. You cannot do complete testing as a complete pack.
