  1. Service facility should definitely have spart part for all wear parts. That includes brake pads, calibers, brake disks, tire sensors, suspension joints and wiper blades at the very minimum. Having 2 sets of each should still cost less than $10000. Compared to the worth of the rest of the center that's peanuts.

  2. I once had weird noise from front right disk brake of our car and the cause was bent corner of vibration dampener touching the disk. That definitely didn't cause any reduced brake power but was easy to fix once identified. Sometimes weird noise is just a nuisance and nothing to worry about. Also, if you're not sure if you can trust your brakes, try driving e.g. 20 mph on a safe place and floor the brake pedal rapidly. If you cannot make your tires squeek on asphalt and the car to stop rapidly, get it repaired now, no matter what marketing says after seeing your video. However, I cannot understand how a professional mechanic would think it's okay to diagnose brakes from a video. It's not like if you misdiagnose the problem, the entertainment audio maybe stops working but instead the car ends up into a tree.
