  3.  @stephenhunter70  Not hearing the keyboard could simply mean that somebody got correct microphones for that department. If you use headset mic with a directional mic and a gate the keyboard shouldn't be heard while the gate is closed. Or it could be that he's actually not using the computer at all. We cannot know for sure so more data is needed.
