  1. I'm sad that the issues discussed in these videos are even an issue today. I would love to have legislation that guarantees customer rights that match the things that Louis would want to be true in this video. Unfortunately, government corruption (spelled "lobbying") is bad enough that we don't have any better legislation. And yes, I want a decent smartphone that has 3.5 mm plug and a battery I can easily replace. Again. We used to have this kind of things around Samsung S5 days. S5 was 8.1 mm thick smartphone with 3.5 mm headphone plug, replaceable battery and it was water proof! We should be able to have at least similar specs now, 10 years later!
