  1.  @rossmanngroup  When we had our house built, we specifically had a rule not to smoke within the house are even during the foundation building and obviously never since. In addition, the "sound proofing" material they put under the floor looks like stolen from a dumpster bin. That stuff is supposed to look pristine.
