  1. 5:03 I think the least bad option is to tell the customer that the screen replacement costs $80 including the parts and labor but if they want to get the FaceID to work again, they need to pay for $25 extra work because you have to transfer a soldered chip from old screen to new screen because Apple made this part of the repair work harder with the latest iPhone. That way the customer gets to decide if the think FaceID is worth $25 for them.
