  1. The biggest problem in the whole story was 8:24 where the cargo was confiscated and stored in the warehouse that was not suitable for the cargo. Whoever made that decision should have put to jail. And the same for every official that decided to do nothing after being told about the issue.

  2. The "stay put" procedure was a result of stairways getting filled with toxic smoke and people suffocating in the smoke while trying to walk the stairs down. I guess it's basically betting which part of the building was built to the code. Neither the outside or the stairs should catch fire the way this building did.
