  8. That was just demonstration how far away that weight was from Anatoly's true max weight. I'm pretty sure he couldn't do that close to his own personal max. It's the same with pulling deadweights with one hand and answering a phone with another at the same time.

  10.  @emillyyelen5169  Sure, not everybody is a subscriber but it should give you ballpark estimate of the people that know about him. The US alone has 330M people so it should be pretty easy to find people that don't yet know him. And remember that if you shoot for 3 hours at a gym, you only need to find 15 minutes worth of people you can include on the video. Obviously you would cut away the parts where people regognize the prank immediately.

  14. Great details in this video! Having 30+ kg mop is a nice touch when the powerlifters practically drop it to the floor. You could underline it even more like "See, even the mop feels heavy when you have been using the fake weights!" You could also try mixing up words and say stuff like "Your bra is not heavy because you use fake weights."

  29. I think it would be more believable for the trainers if you were simply really fast learner. Maybe 5th try with empty bar results in perfect form and then you try with some weights and always perform with perfect form. After lifting say 30 kg, ask how much people typically progress with the training and proceed to go with 100–200 kg.

  30. Great routine! Maybe combine this to "truly gifted leaner" routine? For example, pretend to try lifting the weight with truly terrible technique and when commented about it, say something like "Oh, I've totally misunderstood this earlier. Thank you very much!" and then proceed to do perfect form lifting. After completing the lift, remember to give extra praises: "It was much easier this way. You're really good teacher. Thank you!"

  37. I think the heavy bag idea was great but it needs to be implement so that you can show the contents. Maybe filled with black sandbacks at the bottom and then have a few thick books on top? It goes very nicely with the surreal claim that the weights they are using are fake and when they struggle to lift a backback and see "weak" guy lifting apparently heavy weights, the suspend of belief is getting real.

  45. I think the "Why do you use fake weights?" prank is really good. I think you shouldn't be shaking when you lift the "fake" weights. Just lift those as they were plastic weights and comment that surely you couldn't do it if they were real. Maybe also ask if they are using asteroids as they have huge muscles with fake weights?
