  1. 46:20 If you get one of these machines, at least get some high quality soldering iron and good flux, not something shown a couple seconds later in this video. Minimum acceptable hardware is TS-100.

  2. Great series! It's easy to see why pinball machines changed from relays to small computers. That said, computers require capacitors and electrolytic capacitors are much cheaper than old school capacitors of same capacity so manufacturers obviously use electrolytic capacitors. And electrolytic capacitors decay over time. This techinical issue could be fixed easily: just use the more expensive capacitors! However, it would reduce profits of the manufacturers so guess what happens in reality?
