please go talking to people about how many political prisoners there have been and currently are in china also please ask people what they think about the government arresting peaceful protesters in hong kong and going against their agreement with the british to keep hong kong the way it was and immediately changing it so only a few people are actually elected by the public and the rest of the officials are appointed party officials and they recently started pulling people who are pro democracy from there and giving them sham trials and using those to toss them into political prisons. you should also show them the travesties that have happened where peaceful people have been removed permanently because they simply dont like the current government and the curren governments policies and corruption and deciet ... why not teach people how to use vpn services to bypass the great firewall ... or tell them about all the ip theft the government commits.

@edwardbateman3094 much shorter response since something is killing my responses ... no , no parroting, not being told, and certainly not a bot ... also everything im stating is fact. take a look at how many people were murdered , incarcerated, tortured, and simply outcast by the ccp because they simply opposed them? I do have good friends that escaped that fate and became americans. the China 2023 Human Rights Report might also pique your interest.

@GerryBanjoBenitez-l2w correct and i think it might be this particular youtuber might be cherry picking and or might be doing paid propaganda work considering the booth officials were eager to go against their policies to help him and or maybe he is sortof a celebrity or these were 2 very rare cases and the rest is cherry picked. it is possible that these officials might be bribed as well ... i just dont see officials risking their jobs to be on camera going against policy and stopping traffic for a hitchhiker who is going to put their names and faces on youtube showing they are not following policy ... that is a bit sus.

just dont go around criticising the government and protesting about their retraining camps and their huuman rights records and their expansionistic nature or possibly that xi is poo. I dare anyone to go there and in full view of the public in a well trafficked area infront of some important government buildings play a loop of all the recorded atrocities committed by the chinese government and see how long you stay "free" ... I know i can do the same sitting right infront of the white house with a loop of all the atrocities the US has done over the years including the obscure ones like forcing hawaii to give up being an independant nation and become a state instead so US based crop industries could make more money. and you know what I bet the US government would actually join in with the display and talk about the atrocities and make an official statement with some sort of appology attached.

@edwardbateman3094 who is instructing you to try and sow doubt about factual statements? and no nobody is telloing me to say anything nor am i parroting anybody. what I am talking about is basic and well known facts. the people themselves are just as good as any other country however they are certainly not free. we also do not know for certain if the person creating these videos is making them faithfully and honestly or if they are cherry picking or if they are part of the propaganda machine that the ccp pays good money for. @ggrace1133 its neither communist nor socialist its an oligarchy paired with a dictatorship. ... socialist means they spend lots of their gdp on citizen services which they dont do much of aka safety nets, paid time off, medical time off, child care, ensureing everyone is living in safe buildings that dont fall apart. and a communism is a decentralized form of government where everyone just does their job and has no ability to hold power over anybody else, extremely efficient but once you have someone who has more power you no longe have a communism. and i would postulate people in a totalitarian dictatorship would generally act nice especially if the piece is potentially a propaganda piece for the regime.

What happens when you start talking out in public about how the ccp thinks internationaly recognized international waters is actually theirs and only thiers? what if you protest about the environmental impacts of the fake islands? why not state that you believe taiwan is and should always be a free country? what would happen if you made a bit of performance art parading around in a winnie the poo costume with xi's head instead of winnies? what happens if you play all the videos of the tienimen massacre on repeat and state this is what the ccp ordered please watch the videos to see the results of their orders? @style3267 the issue isnt living there the issue is basic human rights to determine who they want to have rule over them. the giant dicatotrship in china is renegging on their agreements with HK and that is where the problem is its not about living there at all its about a government going against what they promised these people.

I dare you to start talking about genocides and personal freedoms and voting rights and protests and tienamin square and taiwan being an independant country. try asking about the recent protests in hong kong and maybe poke around some government buildings with a camera asking questions about why they are trying to annex international waters with fake islands? try reminding them about the agreements they made to britain about hong kong and how they have been eroding them this whole time. remember the chinese people you are interacting with are fine 90% of them are very nice friendly people but the government IS the problem do not EVER forget that you are running around under a totalitarianistic dictatorshipthat imprisons and tortures people who go against it.
