Aside from attracting more foreign tourists to boost the Chinese tourism industry with this 15 day visa free policy, the other most important goal is to allow more Western people to see the real China with their own eyes. There is nothing more effective in debunking Western MSM lies and demonization than seeing the proof/evidence for yourself. I hope more people from the West could make such trips, record their experience and spread the truth about China. My family has just taken advantage of the 15 day visa free policy, had absolutely no problem. I used to spend a lot of time telling them about what China is really like, they've remained skeptical, and the trip has proven to be better than a thousand words.
