The UK approach is just wrong, this inaction to delay the peak will end up make the period of mass infection longer which is more damaging to the economy and people's daily lives, whereas China dealt with it with drastic measure with huge short term cost but the battle is now almost over and life is going back to normal, short disruption and less loss of lives too. The UK's approach does not make sense and certainly not based on science.
