@Leah-ju8ht HSBC (The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation) is a British universal bank and financial services group headquartered in London, England. HSBC is a British Bank, NOT a Chinese bank. Capitalists/Financiers run the UK and most other Western countries, political pressure DON'T bring HSBC profits, so they chose China.

@rogerburn5132 I know Brits/Westerners are ignorant of British colonial history, but anyone who knows how and why Hong Kong became a British colony would know the history of HSBC, as I said it was used to launder Opium money. HSBC is a British bank, always has been.
