@elaineklein2385 How is ''the Genocide Convention'' China's own law?? It is an international treaty adopted by the UN that has 153 state parties. Hence China has not violated any of its own laws. You are the one who is wrongly conflating the Genocide Convention (an international treaty) with International Law. China believes in implementing any sanction with other member countries through the United Nations, not carrying out any unilateral sanction as Ben stated in the video, he is absolutely correct. So it is not China's fault that there has been no UN sanctions on Israel, we all know it is because the UN has been completely corrupted by the United States.

@elaineklein2385 First, I've found nowhere saying signing and ratifying the Convention equals to incorporating it into a country's domestic law. Signing/ratifying this Convention is only a demonstration of an commitment to the fundamental principles of the United Nations. Even if your claim is true, then all 153 countries have violated their own law, then you should not single out China, and Ben is then not being an apologist for China only.
