The US "contain China" policy is actually making China stronger and people more united, and supportive of their government, quite the opposite of what the US wants to achieve, the whole cold war mentality is just a wrong strategy and would never work. The US needs to focus on improving its own competitiveness and stop blaming other countries for all its problems and flaws of its systems. First thing first get some real "China experts" who understand China to advise the US government instead of some stale politicians who stuck in the cold War era.

When is the US going to invite the WHO to Fort Detrick and prove the lab has nothing to do with the virus as much evidence suggests that the virus started in the US and other countries before China. At least China let WHO visit its lab and hospitals and shared data with them, what about the US? Oh, the US quit the WHO last year, why is that? Is it because the US didn't want to be investigated for the mishandling of the pandemic causing 490,000 deaths?

@chickenfishhybrid44 According to the US CDC, up to 2% of donated blood collected during mid December across several US states tested positive for Covid-19 antibody. To develop antibody, you would have needed to recover from the illness which could lasts from a week to a few of months. And once infected there is normally an incubation period from 3 to 24 days, so this means that the Covid-19 could have started in the US as early as August, September. I think you should ask your own CDC to explain the reason behind and share its data and why it ordered Fort Detrick to be shut down for bio safety concerns.

@chickenfishhybrid44 But the WHO has concluded based on the data evidence from Chinese hospitals that there were no mass infections and spreads in Wuhan and China prior to early December, late November when the first cases were identified. However there were a lot of evidence to suggest that the virus were already circulation outside China before the first cases were discovered in China. Tell me what are your accreditations as a virologists or a scientist, and do present your evidence instead of talking out of thin air!

@chickenfishhybrid44 Lol, one of the WHO's main purpose is to monitor the effectiveness of measures and effort in the fighting of global pandemic. The truth is the US didn't want to be held accountable for its failure and it was clearly showing since the start. The US had 4 times less population than China but already had twice more deaths than China back in April 2020 according to your numbers, if anyone think that was a success, one must be delusional. But you still didn't answer why it left the WHO, was it because it knew it would deliberately let Covid-19 spread like a wildfire in the US and causing the highest death toll in the entire world as it turns out to be?
