  1. The EU obeys the US' "rules based order". It is not allowed to act on its own best interest (as it has no economical political and military sovereignty). China and Russia doesn't obey, hence are portrayed as the enemies. But China and Russia doesn't care what the US/West deems them to be, at the end of the day, by working together and with others, they are overtaking the US/West in all regards, most importantly improving their people's living standards while Western citizens' living standards are getting worse.
