By forcing (South Asian) countries to take sides with the West, they will end up becoming closer to China, just like how the West is pushing China and Russia closer and closer, the West thinks by applying pressure - brutal force, countries will submit to their will, no, they will only rebel, and btw why would they side with the West for very little economical benefits when China is their number one and most important economical partner.

Ben I have not found another political commentator on YouTube who has your level of understanding of China/Asia, many Western people think negatively about Globalization, actually China and many Asian countries benefitted from (Western) globalization, the problem is not capitalism, it is the uncontrolled profit chasing behaviour (or greed) of capitalists plus all the favorable policies from their Western governments that support this behaviour, because they (the capitalists) are so powerful they could influence the policy making of these governments, whereas in China, no capitalist would have any influence on the political ideology and (foreign) policies of the Chinese government.
