China is ''collapsing'' and in so much economic trouble yet it poses the ''biggest threat'' the US/West has ever seen! It is time they take care of their bipolar disorder... And Ben since you've been living in China for a few months now, you'd have first hand experience of the so called collapse, right? Lol. Btw, the difference between China and the US/West is that China has a flexible and pragmatic approach when it comes to its policy making, and a competent team of experts are working hard to solve problems, but the Western economies have actually been in trouble with its continued high inflation and low economic/GDP growth (some are technically in recession). So never to look at China's problems in isolation. The US/West should take responsibility in sorting out its own economic problems as this can very much affect the economic health of China and others in this ever connected world.

  3. Spot on. Long term versus short term thinking. The Western Neoliberal/ultra Capitalistic economic policies are the root causes of all their problems, it is deep rooted and systematic. China has a far more balanced approach.
