  1. China and most other normal countries follow the UN charter and international law. The US/West follows its so called rule based order (sounds all very righteous), but it basically is a law of the jungle might is right supremacy based order where the Neocon warmongers make up the ''rules'' (that serve their geopolitical interests) and are forcefully imposed onto others. As a Chinese, I know who is the real dictator, and that's NOT China. And yes China has democracy: a government of the people, by the people and for the people... as how it is intended to be.

China has been more than happy joining a Western trade platform, adopting a Western economic system as long as China/ ordinary Chinese people could benefit from the development/prosperity they bring, which China has benefitted in the past 40 years. But ever since the West has been losing its competitive edge due to their own capitalists' greed, it blames China for its deindustrialization and now tries to sanction China to prevent it from progress. This is actually a very backward and passive mindset, so much more could be achieved if the West is not just focusing on dragging everyone else down so it can stay in domination (but for how long?). This short term thinking will be doomed to fail.
