  1. The US always underestimates China and Russia, its arrogance and shortsightedness will in the end hurt itself instead of countries it sanctions. Sanctions on Russia have already backfired onto the Western economy and sanctions on China will backfire only many times worse. Zero sum game mentality of the US/West will get themselves nowhere, but leads to markets and economic isolation of the West. China will develop its own advanced chips in no time, nothing could stop China reaching all its goals for own peaceful development as well as for the developing world.
